WHITE APARTMENT (2 persons)  

GRAND APARTMENT  (2 bedrooms + living, 65m2, up to 6 people)

Double bedroom with own bathroom (WC+shower)

Note for all rooms:

Breakfast 90 Kč     

One child up to 3 years free.

One-night stay is surcharged by 80 Kč per person.

Pets 100 Kč.

Long-term stay and large groups – better prices.

Tourist fee (charged by the town of Liberec) 15 Kč per person and day

Free wifi internet
Guest arrival until 9 pm, flexible by mutual agreement,

Check-out until 10:30 am, later check-out - fee applicable: till 1 p.m. 200,-Kč/apartment, till 5 p.m. 300,-Kč/apartment
    

Prices of accommodation over Christmas, New Year’s Eve, longer term accommodation and larger groups are arranged by agreement.

Also for this type of accommodation we require cash advance (50% from overall payment). Reservation cancellation: after 14 days before arrival: cancellation fee 30% from cash advance,  after 7 days before arrival: cancellation fee 100% from cash advance (50% from overall payment).
